I have been actively involved in the commercial real estate finance business for over forty years. Together with Jeff Moss, we have financed properties through the good times and the market melt downs. We have watched available capital dry up in an instant and have watched it overflow with few constraints. I have seen these times through the lens of a lender, property owner, investor, and a real estate investment banker/broker.
We view each loan or equity assignment as a member of the ownership team, and in fact we often are as we frequently invest on a personal basis with our clients.
